Q: I need my order rushed to me. What do I do and what does it cost?
A: Normally we ship your order by ground, but there are times when you want your order rushed to you.

When you place an order, let us know how soon you want your order delivered. We will ship your order the quickest way possible.

But remember, rush orders are expensive. For orders less than $25.00, rush shipping is approximately $20.00. From $25.00 to $499.99, the cost to rush ship is 65% of the order. For orders over $500.00, the cost is 60% of the order.

Be sure to contact our office prior to ordering if you want the items rushed to you.



Q: Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
A:  No, a street address or a personal address is required for UPS deliveries. Also, a street address can offer a higher degree of credibility and create a perception of stability.

Use your home or apartment address if you can; use a Post Office Box only in addition to a street address.

All UPS shipments must have a physical (street) address. (UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.) If you're currently shipping to a P.O. Box, please contact 2Bs Gift shack right away and change to a physical address.
Rush Delivery (DHL) will also not deliver to P.O. Boxes.




Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are shipped one to two days after the order was taken. Normal delivery is approximately 7-10 days, depending upon the zone you are ordering from.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless you request otherwise.

Allow 2 to 6 days for Express order deliveries.

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.



Q: What if the order I placed is out of stock?
A: We do our best to keep every item in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you without delay. You may order another item or ask for a refund of your money.



Q: Why do you use Paypal? If I choose, can I use my own credit card?
A: Using Pay Pal to pay for your order protects you, the consumer. Your credit card information is kept confidential. We never see your credit card information, which gives our customers peace of mind.

Also,PayPal protects us, the store owner, because PayPal verifies credit cards before sending orders to us, protecting us from fraud.

Yes, you can use your personal credit card to pay for your order. We accept Visa and Master Card.

Go either to our Mail order form, e-mail your order or give us a call at our toll free number to place your order(s). Be sure to include your credit card information. Once we receive your information we will process your credit card.

All credit cards are verified before shipping your order.



Q: I want to order in large quantities. Do you give a discount for this?
A: Yes. We run specials all the time. We offer discounts on $75.00 or more. Check to see what the special is at the time you are ordering.

Also, we are always looking for Wholesalers. If you would like to become a Wholesaler for 2Bs Gift Shack, e-mail us for a catalog and price list.

Q: Do you have a 1-800 number for placing orders?
A: Yes, it is 1-800-383-1136 and is available 24 hours/7 days a week for placing orders.



Q: How do I add an item to my order after it has been submitted?
A: Please e-mail or call our customer service toll free #, 1-877-383-1136. Include the item number(s) of the item(s) you wish to add, page number, order quantity, color, size, and/or personalization if applicable.

We are only able to add merchandise that has not already been shipped to you. If your items have already been shipped, you will have to place a new order.



Q: Do you have a guarantee?
A: If any item, for any reason, does not meet your expectations, just return it to us within 90 days of date of shipment and we'll gladly...

Send a replacement

Whichever you prefer! After 90 days, refunds may be pro-rated. Sorry, no refunds will be accepted after 180 days of date of shipment.

Q: How do I change or cancel an order that has already been placed.
A: At this time, we are unable to allow an order to be cancelled/changed online. To request a cancellation/change, please e-mail us or call our toll free # at 1-877-383-1136 and provide the Invoice number, and/or item(s) from the order that you choose to cancel/change.

We are only able to cancel/change merchandise that has not already been shipped to you. Please allow up to 4 weeks for any reimbursements.



Q: How do I request a Catalog?
A: You can order a catalog with our Catalog Request Form.



Q: What is the process if I ordered a catalog and never received it?
A: Allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery. If it has been longer than that, please e-mail or call our toll free # at 1-877-383-1136.
